Reading the schedule
Which sessions are mine?
New wrestlers
Beginner Wrestling runs Tuesday and Thursday — Ages 4–6 at 4:00 PM and Ages 7–10 at 5:00 PM. If your wrestler is older than ten and new to the sport, start in AWC Fundamentals.
Fundamentals & S&C
Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 5:00 PM, both at the same time. Come to one session a week or all three — the more repetitions, the faster it clicks.
Intermediate & TX Select
Intermediate is Wednesday and Friday, 6:00–7:30 PM. TX Select is Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 6:00–7:30 PM. High school wrestlers are welcome in both.

Aledo sits just west of Fort Worth off I-20. Families travel in from Aledo, Azle, Benbrook, Brock, Hudson Oaks, Granbury, Weatherford, West Fort Worth and all of Parker County.
Schedule changes and closures are announced through WrestlingIQ and on the club's Facebook page, so registered families get them directly.
